A Note for Parents & Swimmers
SwimLens sessions are designed to:
- help swimmers and families see and understand technique more clearly
- support conversations with coaches
- complement, not replace, regular coaching
SwimLens does not provide instruction during sessions, and no changes to training are recommended directly to swimmers.
How Often Should a Swimmer Book?
Most swimmers benefit from no more than two SwimLens sessions per year:
- Once during short-course season
- Once during long-course season
This cadence allows time for natural development and coaching work between sessions.
What’s Not Included
- Starts and turns are not analyzed in SwimLens sessions
- SwimLens does not provide training plans, drills, or coaching instruction
All technical decisions and training adjustments remain with the swimmer’s coach.
