SwimLens LLC (“SwimLens”) is committed to protecting the privacy of swimmers and families, particularly when working with minors.

Information We Collect

We may collect:

names and contact information
payment information (processed securely via Stripe)
video recordings of swimmers during SwimLens clinics

Video Recording & Storage

SwimLens videos are hosted on Vimeo using unlisted, password-protected links.
Videos are accessible only to the swimmer and their parent/guardian.
Families may share videos with their coach at their discretion.
SwimLens does not share videos publicly.

Videos are retained for six (6) months, after which they may be deleted unless otherwise requested.

Use of Video Content

SwimLens does not use swimmer footage for marketing, promotion, or public display.
No marketing or promotional consent is requested, and footage is never shared publicly.

Data Security

SwimLens uses reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect personal information and video content.

Children’s Privacy

SwimLens services are intended for use by minors only with parental or guardian involvement. Data collected is used solely to deliver SwimLens services.
