Refund & Cancellation Policy

SwimLens understands that schedules change and that clinics depend on facility availability. The following policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.


SwimLens or Facility Cancellations

If a SwimLens clinic is canceled due to:

  • SwimLens scheduling decisions
  • facility closure
  • weather conditions
  • or other circumstances beyond the swimmer’s control

a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.


Swimmer Cancellations

  • 7 days or more before the scheduled session:
    A full refund will be issued.
  • Less than 7 days before the session:
    A partial refund will be issued.
    $100 is retained to cover non-recoverable pool rental and administrative costs.
    The remaining balance is refunded to the original payment method.

Illness or Emergency Exceptions

If a swimmer is unable to attend due to illness or emergency, SwimLens will issue a full refund, even within the 7-day window. SwimLens may request brief confirmation in such cases.


No-Shows

Swimmers who do not attend their scheduled session without notice are considered no-shows.
No refunds are issued for no-shows.


Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at booking.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your financial institution.
