Front View:
What you can see: In- and out-sweeps, wrist bends at entry, head positions (breath vs no-breath) and general symmetry
Side View (Under Water)
What you can see: EVFs, elbow/wrist, knee and ankle positions/angles during kick phases, kick patterns and amplitude, head and body alignments and body connections, core engagement.
Side View (Above Water)
What you can see: recovery paths/heights, general rhythm, breath profile
Top View
What you can see: hand path and entry during recovery (narrow vs wide), lateral head movements, “snaking” of the body, kick width and arm-leg-body connections
