Meant for swimmers who want to refine the finer details of powerful starts, including the head, arm, hip and leg movements, smooth entries and fast breakouts… modeled after some of the fastest starters in the world.

Stroke Video + Analysis Clinic
Mark Twain Pool, 160 Woodlawn Avenue, Yonkers, New York, 10704
New this season! Filming session of all four competitive strokes using 4 moving cameras capturing the swimmer at different angles, both under and over water. You will receive an edited real time and slow motion videos of each stroke, plus a detailed written report about your technique and what can be improved, with-in a week.
Price: $150 per swimmer
Please Note: You can register for both one of the starts clinics and the Video+Analysis clinic at the same time. The total will be $200, a $25 discount. The swimmer will be filmed either before or after their starts clinic, depending which starts clinic you choose. Payments are due at the time of the clinic in cash.
